When you see your Self, everything shifts.
I get it... starting therapy can feel so intimidating! What are we supposed to talk about? What if I discover something I wasn’t ready for? Am I opening Pandora’s box? Will she judge me or think I’m nuts? Is she going to read my mind?
No—but I do create space for you to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. And here’s the thing—when someone really sees you, it opens the curtains to bring light into dark places and reminds you that you’re not actually losing your mind. It also helps you tap back into your own wisdom, the part of you that already knows the way forward.
We go at your pace. Trust takes time, and when you’re ready, I will be too. I’m not in this field to judge you—I’m here to get curious and help you align with what feels right for you.
Let’s be real-therapy can be hard work. You may be feeling things that you have unconsciously avoided for a long time. Our conditioning doesn’t change overnight. The most change happens when clients come in ready to do the work and try new behaviors and practices in between sessions.
Maybe you’re facing a big life change, carrying the weight of important decisions, and searching for support. So you start looking for a therapist for advice—but here’s the first rule of therapy: I don’t give advice. That’s because I believe you already have an inner wisdom—divinely inspired and separate from fear. My role? To help you access it.
